Da&amp;iacute; que nesses casos se poder&amp;aacute; voltar aos 2 minutos de intervalo.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;Depois do exagero a que se chegou dos intervalos de 3 minutos em situa&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es espec&amp;iacute;ficas, como aconteceu no Rali de Portugal deste ano, mas sem qualquer l&amp;oacute;gica - quem assistiu &amp;agrave; prova p&amp;ocirc;de comprovar que nem 1 minuto demorava a assentar o p&amp;oacute; - a FIA vem agora tomar uma decis&amp;atilde;o completamente oposta. Na nossa opini&amp;atilde;o, s&amp;oacute; perde por ser tardia... mas como diz o povo, mais vale tarde do que nunca!&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;Outa medida, j&amp;aacute; n&amp;atilde;o para o campeonato principal mas para o P-WRC, &amp;eacute; a cria&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de de uma categoria para os 2 Rodas Motrizes, uma tentativa de revitalizar uma categoria que vem perdendo interesse e competitividade a cada ano que passa, principalmente depois da cria&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o da S-WRC.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;S-WRC que ser&amp;aacute; apenas aberta aos S2000 com motores 2 litros normalmente aspirados acabando a FIA WRC Cup, algo que tamb&amp;eacute;m pouco ou nada altera, j&amp;aacute; que esta competi&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o tem passado despercebida, o que felizmente n&amp;atilde;o acontece com a competi&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de pilotos.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;No sentido de reduzir custos, a partir da quarta prova, o Rali da Jord&amp;acirc;nia, cada equipa s&amp;oacute; poder&amp;aacute; utilizar 2 motores por carro para as restantes nove provas. Num ano de introdu&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de novos motores, falta saber se esta medida ser&amp;aacute; do total agrado das equipas...&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;Por fim a FIA, em associa&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o com o Promotor do Mundial, a North One Sport, ir&amp;aacute; implementar uma Academia para jovens pilotos. Com a Pirelli de sa&amp;iacute;da, e o fim anunciado do Pirelli Star Driver compreende-se que a FIA se sinta na necessidade de arranjar um &amp;quot;substituto&amp;quot; para essa &amp;quot;academia&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;Num &lt;em&gt;Post Scriptum&lt;/em&gt; final, permita-se-nos uma &amp;quot;pequena maldade&amp;quot;. Um Trof&amp;eacute;u que, nas tr&amp;ecirc;s provas anteriormente disputadas, conheceu dois vencedores diferentes.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;Tamb&amp;eacute;m nas Divis&amp;otilde;es da Ta&amp;ccedil;a, s&amp;atilde;o aguardados mais pilotos, o que engrossar&amp;aacute; ainda mais a Lista de Inscritos, desta segunda jornada organizada pelo Vouga Sport Clube.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;Quanto ao programa da prova, a tarde de s&amp;aacute;bado ser&amp;aacute; destinada &amp;agrave;s Verifica&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es Administrativas e T&amp;eacute;cnicas, com o domingo a receber a parte competitiva da jornada, que ter&amp;aacute; o seu in&amp;iacute;cio pelas 9 horas e 30 minutos da manh&amp;atilde;, com a realiza&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o dos Treinos Oficiais. Ainda da parte da manh&amp;atilde;, disputar-se-&amp;aacute; a primeira corrida de qualifica&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;Depois de um intervalo para almo&amp;ccedil;o, realizar-se-&amp;atilde;o as segunda e terceira corridas, bem como as espectaculares finais, de cada Divis&amp;atilde;o.
